Dining Room

Capitalizing on the spacious historic one hundred year old planing mill, the dining room is attractively understated. Walls of old brick contrast with whitewashed beams and woodwork. Floors of ancient red fir are warm and welcoming. A wall of old glass windows gives a view of neighboring Seven Hills Winery's barrel room.

In the comfortable dining room you may be seated at tables or banquettes. The ultra-suede chairs are comfortable and relaxing. The open kitchen has counter seating where you can watch and visit with Chef Guerin and the line cooks. Dinner is also served in the bar, and for special parties there is a private room.

Ornamenting the walls are large historic photographs of the building, the mill's workforce, and the restoration of the lovely old building.

Service is attentive and unobtrusive. Our aim is to make guests comfortable and to provide a fine dining experience based on first quality fresh ingredients and creative, high quality cooking.
